    Assured Glass Service is looking for a Caulker to join our field team. This role is responsible for sealing and weatherproofing storefront, curtainwall, window wall, and interior glazing systems on commercial construction projects.

    What You'll Do

    • Apply caulk and sealants to glass, aluminum, and building joints with clean, precise lines

    • Prepare surfaces for caulking, including cleaning and masking, as needed

    • Work efficiently to meet project schedules without sacrificing quality

    • Coordinate with glaziers and field crews on job sites

    • Maintain tools and equipment

    What We're Looking For

    • Prior caulking experience required

    • Efficient and neat, with strong attention to detail

    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

    • Willing to travel to Columbus, OH daily

    • Must be authorized to work in the United States

    • Must be able to pass a drug test

    • Load and unload company vehicles safely

    • Learn commercial glazing systems, materials, and installation methods alongside experienced glaziers

    What We're Looking For

    • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

    • Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic

    • Ability to lift and move construction materials

    • Positive attitude and willingness to learn (construction or forklift experience a plus, not required)

    • Willing to travel to Columbus, OH daily

  • Glazier

    Assured Glass Service is looking for an experienced Glazier to join our commercial installation team. This is a hands-on role responsible for installing glass, aluminum framing, storefronts, curtain wall, and related building systems on commercial construction projects throughout Central Ohio.

    What You'll Do

    • Install commercial glass, aluminum storefront, curtain wall, and glazing systems per project specifications

    • Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and installation details

    • Measure, cut, and fit glass and glazing materials on site

    • Operate hand and power tools, lifts, and glazing equipment safely

    • Coordinate with project teams and other trades on job sites

    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

    What We're Looking For

    • Minimum two years of commercial glazing experience

    • Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings

    • Comfortable working at heights and on active job sites

    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

    • Willing to travel to job sites in Columbus, OH daily

    • Must be authorized to work in the United States

    • Must be able to pass a drug test

  • Fabricator

    Assured Glass Service is hiring a Fabricator for our shop team. This role is responsible for cutting, assembling, and preparing glass, aluminum, and related materials for commercial glazing projects.

    What You'll Do

    • Cut, fabricate, and assemble aluminum framing, and glazing components per shop drawings and specifications

    • Operate shop equipment including RhinoFab, saws, routers, and fabrication tools

    • Read blueprints and shop drawings to ensure accurate fabrication

    • Inspect materials and finished components for quality and accuracy

    • Organize and maintain shop inventory and work areas

    • Prepare and load materials for delivery to job sites

    What We're Looking For

    • Previous experience working in a commercial glass fabrication shop

    • Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings

    • Strong attention to detail and quality

    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

    • Willing to travel to Columbus, OH daily

    • Must be authorized to work in the United States

    • Must be able to pass a drug test
